"This is a very nice apartment, spacious, nice, well equipped and lots of windows and very clean. We loved the location, the balcony, the magnificent view of both the Town Square and the Alps with Le Pleny lift. The location is great, right in the town center, next to the tourist office, lots of cafés, pubs, shops and a lovely bakery."

"It was a walk to the office where the key box was, and another address to find upon arrival. It was very difficult for us to find the key box, outside the office. We got clear information, or at least we thought it was clear information, but we still could not find the box, hidden away from sight. We were searching and searching and the office was closed. At the end we had to called my daughter, who is living Morzine, she had been to the office, and she also could not find the box, but at least the office was opened then, so she knew. This was in pouring rain, so not a great start of our vacation. The key was delivered back to the office and it is a bit of a walk to get there. This could easily be improved for the guest I would say. Everything else was great."
